Innovative Programs Specialist
Ann Halbach is in her 21st year with the School of Education and is the Program Coordinator for Forward Madison’s Tomorrow’s Educators for Equity in Madison (TEEM) Scholars, a pipeline program for underrepresented students in Madison high schools through to School of Education Teacher Education programs. Halbach manages and designs programming, and advocates for and supports the 38 students currently participating. She also serves as the Kappa Delta Pi-Alpha Theta Upsilon Chapter Counselor, a teacher education honor society. Halbach has been involved in the Forward Madison partnership for the past six years. Prior to that, Halbach was as a Career Consultant and Assistant Director of Educational Portfolios & Career Services (EPCS), supporting School of Education students in their career and professional identity development.
